Table Decorations
BeveragesTo insure the welfare of your guests, and due to the sensitivity of the Club’s liquor liability, Sunnybrook Country Club reserves the right to refuse bar service, when in management’s opinion it appears that an unmanageable situation may arise. All alcohol that is consumed must be sold by Sunnybrook Country Club. Any outside alcohol brought in will be confiscated and becomes the property of Sunnybrook Country Club and will not be allowed to be consumed on the premises. To eliminate any surprises, we recommend a budget for your beverages, indicating the least amount you would like to spend and the maximum. There are a number of ways to control the cost on alcohol consumption by setting parameters such as having an open bar vs. having it open only a select amount of time, serving premium alcohol or house versions, simply having keg beer, or having a cash bar. These things you will want to consider when making decisions on beverage options. A common question is: “What’s a normal bar bill?” There really is no answer for this as each group is different, drinking styles, and consumption vary greatly from person to person. Based on what you would like to see for your event, we will be happy to make recommendations within your budget. For evening banquets, setup cannot occur before 2:00p.m. Due to Health Department regulations, food to be consumed on the premises must be prepared by Sunnybrook Country Club and cannot be taken off the Club’s premises, with the exception of special event cake.
