Monthly Food Minimum
All membership classifications have a food
minimum of $60.00 a month for 9 months. Food minimums apply to food purchases only and may be spent in the Dining Room, half-way house or at the pool. If the monthly minimum is not spent the unspent portion will be billed to the member on the last day of their minimum cycle.
Golf Playing Membership
If membership quota is not full, the Initiation Fee must accompany the application.
If membership quota is full, and the applicant would like to be placed on the waiting list for playing membership, 50% of the Initiation Fee must accompany the application (non-refundable), along with the dues for non-golf membership.
Persons making application as specified in paragraph two, above, will be placed on the Playing Membership Waiting List in chronological order according to the date of receipt for the required application fees.
When any person on the Waiting List shall be elected to Playing Membership, that person shall then be required to pay the difference between the amount of the Initiation Fee paid at application and the full Initiation Fee in effect at the time of such election. Dues for the Playing Category (less the Non-Golf dues already paid) will then be billed.
Non-Golf Membership
Application for Non-Golf Memberships shall be accompanied by payment for the dues for that category of membership. Applicant shall not be placed on Playing Membership Waiting List without specifically applying for such and complying with requirement listed above.
