Membership Opportunities

Golf Membership
Open to anyone 41 years of age and older.  Our Golf Membership includes unlimited use of the Championship Golf Course, Pool, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any golf, pool, or social activities.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples, and families.  Significant others are allowed to use this membership. Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.

Annual Dues: $3,780.00

Assessment: $250.00
Initiation Fee: $500.00**, Submitted with Application
$60.00 Food Minimum, Starting in March.

Intermediate Membership
Open to anyone under the age of  40.  This membership includes unlimited use of the Championship Golf Course, Pool, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any golf, pool, or social activities.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples and families.  Significant others are allowed to use the membership.  Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.

Annual Dues: $3,280.00

Assessment: $250.00
Initiation Fee: $500.00**, Submitted with Application, Payable in two installments over 2 years.
$60.00 Food Minimum, Starting in March.

Junior Membership
Open to anyone under the age of  35.  This membership includes unlimited use of the Championship Golf Course, Pool, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any golf, pool, or social activities.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples and families.  Significant others are allowed to use the membership.  Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.

Annual Dues: $2,640.00

Assessment: $250.00
Initiation Fee: $500.00**, Submitted with Application, Payable in two installments over 2 years.
$60.00 Food Minimum, Starting in March.

Single Membership

Open to anyone 36 years of age and older who is unmarried.  Under this membership, only the unmarried member has club privileges.  This membership includes unlimited use of the Championship Golf Course, Pool, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any golf, pool, or social activities.

 

Annual Dues:  $3,780.00, with a $300.00 credit on your account.  The dues are payable annually or Monthly Installments are available.

Assessment: $250.00

Initiation Fee:  $500.00**, Submitted with Application

$60.00 Food Minimum, Starting in March

Business Golf Membership
Open to businesses with at least two employees (maximum five) applying for membership.  This membership includes unlimited use of the Championship Golf Course, Pool, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any golf, pool, or social activities.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples, and families.  Significant others are allowed to use this membership.  Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.  No reduction is allowed for Intermediate or Junior Members.

Annual Dues: $3,780.00  for the first employees
                     $3,280.00 for the second employee
                     $2,780.00 for the third through the fifth employee

Legacy Membership
Open to any children, under the age of 35, of a current member.  This membership includes unlimited use of the Championship Golf Course, Pool, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any golf, pool, or social activities.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples, and families.  Significant others are allowed to use this membership.  Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.

Annual Dues: $2,640.00

Assessment: $250.00
Initiation Fee: $500.00**, Payable over 2 years, a minimum of $200.00 submitted with application.
$60.00 Food Minimum, Starting in March.

Non-Resident Membership
Open to anyone who resides 50 miles or more from the Clubhouse.  This membership includes unlimited use of the Championship Golf Course, Pool, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any golf, pool, or social activities.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples, and families.  Significant others are allowed to use this membership.  Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.

Annual Dues: $3,210.00

Pool Membership
This membership includes unlimited use of the Pool, Clubhouse, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any pool or social activities.  Four rounds of golf per family are included with this membership; however, greens fees are required and a limited amount of guests are allowed.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples, and families.  Significant others are allowed to use this membership.  Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.

Annual Dues: $950.00, Submitted with Application.
Initiation Fee:  No Fee
$60.00 Food Minimum, Starting in March.

Dining and Social Membership
This membership includes unlimited use of the Clubhouse, Dining & Ballrooms, and Practice Facility.  Members are welcome to participate in any social activities associated with the Club.  Four rounds of golf per family are included with this membership; however, greens fees are required and a limited amount of guests are allowed.  This is a universal membership applying to singles, couples and families.  Significant others are allowed to use this membership.  Families include the member, spouse or significant other, and children 18* and younger.

Annual Dues: $500.00, Submitted with Application.
Initiation Fee: No Fee
$60.00 Food Minimum, Starting in March.

Dining Membership

This membership includes use of the Dining and Bar areas of the club.  It does not include any rounds of golf or any social activity.

Business Dining Membership

 Student Golf Membership

Open to any full-time student still residing at home ranging from 16 to 25 years of age.  This membership includes unlimited use of the golf course, pool, dining areas, and practice facility.  Membership privileges do not extend to any family members.  The dues must be guaranteed by a parent or guardian.

 

Annual Dues:  $1,570.00 payable annually or through a payment plan

Initiation Fee:  $500.00**, Submitted with Application

Food Min.:  $60.00 per month for 9 months, starting in March

* Children 18-25 years of age may use the Club under their parent's membership as long as they are a full time student and they still live at home.

** The Initiation Fee has been waived until we reach 275 members.

All food minimums can be used in our Dining Room, Golfer's Lounge, Half-Way House, or Poolside Cafe.
